LOVE Chloe's classes. She's a physio so she know's exactly what she's teaching and her prompts and adjustments mean I have found alignment in the postures so much better. The classes are friendly and not intimidating like ones I've been to before. There is a mix of levels and she gives us options so when I started I was a total beginner but was still able to join in and work at my own level. I'm really noticing a difference in my flexibility, back pain and I'm sleeping better. More...

I go to this school and I'm in year three and the teachers and head teachers are good people,the student get taught great so you should bring your children here.
