Che is a wonderful teacher, she challenges my asana practice but offers personal physical adjustments and lots of modifications. She is a beautifully kind person and this comes through in her nurturing teaching style. She also encourages you not to take things too seriously and brings an element of light heartedness into her classes. Great for body stimulation and mindful relaxation! Thanks, Che xx More...

"You can not always control what goes on outside, but you can control what goes on inside"
This quote is perfect for summarising my experience through a six week course with Ché. Vinyasa flow with Ché has helped me become physically stronger but most importantly...spiritually stronger and ensuring I live with a peaceful mind and trust my inner feelings more. Life can get so busy and stressful which we are all too guilty of falling into that negative trap and downward spiral of anxiety and worry. Ché has this ability to take your mind back to the present moment, fill your body and mind with positivity and remind yourself that you have happiness and tranquility within that we should feed off of daily. Yoga has made me feel more like saying "yes...I can do that" rather than "could I do that". I am so glad I started this course and long may I continue to learn. Thank you Ché, Namaste � More...

I’ve been doing yoga classes with Che for 6 weeks and it’s been amazing so far. I feel like I’ve known Che all my life and her classes are really helping me physically and emotionally � can’t recommend Che enough she is professional, kind, caring and a fantastic teacher with so much knowledge! She has become my Angel �

I've been doing yoga with Ché since January this year. I was pretty nervous to start not having done anything like it before. I definitely wasn't super bendy or did I have the balance of an acrobat. But hey, you come to realise that you don't need to have the best balance or bendiness because it all just comes with time anyway. Instead you start to enjoy your yoga session because it helps you forget about your busy day, your worries or what you have to do tomorrow. You're present in the moment. I think we all need a bit of time to actually live in the present and give our overactive brains a break.
Yoga really does help with this.
As for Ché, she's a brilliant yoga teacher. Each week is different from the last and you get to learn so many interesting things. She makes sure everyone in the class is given yoga poses which suit their individual abilities. Also remembering if someone has a certain injury and giving an alternative pose to them and offering them advice after classes if needed. Her dedication and care for each student is one of the big reasons I drive from the other side of Reading to her classes each week. If you're thinking of joining, do, you really won't regret it.

I look forward to my classes with Che on a Monday morning so much. I have been doing the classes for a while now and feel stronger both physically and emotionally. Che is amazingly knowledgeable and passionate about yoga and also in areas such as mindfulness and positive thinking. Her warm and friendly nature puts everyone in the class at ease.
