Amazing yoga studio ! Extremely well presented studio where everyone is extremely friendly , amazing teachers and selection of classes . I have moved over an hour away and still commute to this studio as I cannot find another that is as good, choice of classes and number of classes, I LOVE Chris, Cassie , Yupa and Kate’s classes - amazing ! I feel extremely comfortable here as there are no egos and such a variety of yogis - you feel very comfortable. The parking is perfect too - no parking tickets required ! I've been going to Yoga Rooms for over a year now and absolutely love it!! There are a plethora of classes to choose from. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the facilities are always clean and fully equipped for all needs. But the most important thing is the range and level of expertise from all of the instructors which means there is something for everyone! I've been a regular visitor to the yoga rooms for a few years now and love the calm environment. I really enjoy Janice's Wednesday lunchtime class as she always keeps it interesting, introducing different postures or sequences. Janine is great at attending to everyone and comes round to correct your position which I think is really important. There are lots of different classes to try, so something for everyone.
