I had an extraordinary experience participating in the Yoga and Reiki Unity Yoga Teacher Training Program. The course is well-organized and balanced, with a lot of practice and plenty of new information. Luba is a wonderful and very patient teacher. She always inspired confidence in me. I got the fundamental knowledge and importantly, confidence in myself as a teacher. This training largely expanded my knowledge of yoga. I was introduced to the anatomy of yoga pastures, physiology of the human body, ancient science of Ayurveda and much more. I always feel refresh, relax and calm after each class. Luba is the person who made me enjoy yoga experiences. Prior to coming to her, all I knew was yoga exercise, which is similar to any other floor exercises. With Luba it's different. It's a processs. She teaches you to do it the right way for you, and you only. Luba is very knowledgeable in all aspects of yoga, and she cares about you.
