I've been practicing here since they opened, and I always come away from class super glad I came! It's a beautiful place to practice. I love Yoga One! Elsa is a wonderful teacher. I started coming with very little experience and after a few classes I felt much stronger! I would highly recommend Yoga One for everyone, regardless of age or ability. This studio is beautiful, warm, and welcoming. The teachers are knowledgeable, kind, and so thorough. I have been taking classes since this past May and am looking forward to deepen my practice with these dedicated instructors.
