Hi: I am Johnston Lowry, the founder of The Yoga Mind and Body Experience.
I am an exceptionally well trained and experienced yoga teacher, tutor and coach.
I teach Modern Yoga which is an authentic practice suitable for new pupils and the more experienced - up to intermediate level.
Modern yoga combines the practical and philosophical aspects of traditional yoga with the insight and knowledge of contemporary science.
I run classes at my Yoga Club, based in Camberley, Surrey and Hook, Hampshire. I provide Virtual Classes, and a host of other learning material, at my online Yoga Hub.
