This yoga experience was very worthwhile. I have been practising yoga for about 8 years and Oceanside Yoga is awesome. The studio is well set up and stocked. Theresa’s class Tuesday morning was challenging, different, relaxing, and the instruction was easy to follow.My husband and another couple tried the beach yoga this morning and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Ken was great and added a little humour which was nice. You can’t beat the view either!I wish I lived closer to be a regular! More...
