Cindy is an amazing healer! I’ve known her for over ten years and I can tell you that she is totally dedicated to health and healing. as a complete beginner, Cindy's yoga class is so welcoming and completely judgement free. She is clear with instruction and gentle when correcting a position. Her high level of teaching experience allows her to offer many alternatives in a position to cause the least amount of pain or strain yet still remain challenging and fun. More...

After moving to Chicago I tried quite a few yoga studios in the area, trying to find the best fit for me. I have to say, after one class with Cindy at Yoga Body Elements, I knew I’d found my new place. I’ve been taking yoga classes with Cindy for about a year now and decided to do a massage session. Given my knowledge of Cindy and her abilities to focus yoga practice on certain areas of the body, i was excited to she what she could do in massage. I felt confident with Cindy as she asked me about my problem areas and where I typically feel discomfort or pain as well as any pertinent medical history. She asked if I was interested in cupping - which I very much was - and was excited to try it out. My massage was great! This was my first experience with cupping and It was better than I expected. Typically I don’t feel 100% satisfied with the amount of pressure during massages and Cindy got it right. The combination of hand and arm pressure with the unique feeling of cupping, I couldn’t have asked for more. I felt safe and relaxed while trying new methods that I’ve now learned my body reacts positively to. I truly felt cared for in Cindy’s hands. I left feeling relaxed and satisfied - as I’ve never left a massage before. I highly recommend Cindy not just for massage but also her yoga practice. More...

I had a very stressful job and started going to Cindy’s amazing Restorative yoga classes. My days became so much easier. I travel a lot and currently live in Australia. I can not find anyone that teaches classes as well as she does. I miss her. I will be back. More...

I had the best massage of my life here. Cindy is a talented masseuse who is passionate and dedicated to her craft. I have gone back to Cindy several times and she always takes her time to deliver high quality. She also offers cupping and reiki which is an appreciated holistic approach to her healing. I have been practicing yoga with Cindy for two years. Cindy is a phenomenal teacher. She is in tune with everyone’s energy and gears her classes in that way. On many occasions, I have entered the class with some type of pain or soreness, and when I have requested that area where the pain is located, I have left the class no longer in pain or sore. Most importantly, Cindy’s Vinyasa class makes me feel more centered. In the past year, I’ve gone through several negative personal experiences and without Cindy’s help, I don't think I would’ve been able to deal with them as I did. I highly recommend Cindy’s classes for those who are looking to become more in touch with their bodies, practice meditation, and learn about yoga. She teaches for all levels, which is great for those who are just starting out, those who are more advanced, or those who are somewhere in between. Thanks for everything, Cindy! More...
