Cami was a really informed teacher. She made everyone feel relaxed and explained what each of the moves were for and how they benefit you. I really challenged myself in her class and was surprised with what I could do. I felt truly energized afterwards. An excellent class and I will be returning!! More...

Had my first class with Cami yesterday at the Youth Centre in Hockley. I was made to feel very welcome, and loved the way that Cami used props to make sure you could achieve the postures even if you were not a seasoned yogi! Thank you, I will be back!

After a tough few months it was suggested I should try yoga....wow just had my first session with Cami and feel wonderful. Such a lovely, warm & friendly person who made me feel so comfortable even when I got it wrong and being able to do it in my garden was fab. This is the start of a new journey.
