Great studio. They offer a variety of classes so I'm always switching it up. I opted in with some personal training sessions with the owner and she really knows how to whip you into shape. Great vibes, friendly atmosphere and diverse instructors. I continue to attend and would recommend anyone looking for variety in their workout to come to this one stop shop. Y&L is an excellent studio, very clean, welcoming and relaxing! Silvana is fantastic; she is empathetic yet will make you work hard so you can meet your goals! My journey with fitness has been a long one and I have been to many studios and gyms. I have to rate this place as one of my tops! !! The owners are unbelievable! They super welcoming, energetic and just a pleasure to be around. The space is cozy, clean and upbeat. The socacize class is ah-maz-ing!!!
