We have been using Yotelecom for a few years. It was fine to start with but when it came to end of contract, they sent sales guy who basically promised better service, more features for same monthly cost.
Now the invoices are going up for no reason. Their accounts guys are not interested in knowing anything, they just chase invoices, that's it.
I am taking this time to warn others not to fall in a trap with Yotel. They will make you sing long contract, they are simply interested in money.
There are lots of good and honest firms out there.

Very unprofessional and never keep their promises. We provide emergency health services and provide 24/7 emergency cover and our clients would get stranded at the switchboard.
We lost a lot of customers and had nothing but “next week we will sort it” rubbish from Yo Telecom. Their customer manager Marcus was “looking into our complaint” personally but he didn’t feel bothered about engineer arriving before 5pm and quickly leaving without checking the lines were through... unsurprisingly they didn’t work. Then the “helpline” Alex guy couldn’t reach the driver so although he just left we couldn’t get him back to fix it straight away. No doubt we will be told tomorrow that their next engineer is available in three weeks (just like it happened twice before)
The worst thing is that even formally complaining with them doesn’t lead anywhere, they just can’t be asked to up their low standards when there is a problem. Very very disappointed. Can’t get anywhere with them.

If you are even considering signing up with this company don’t! We signed up in November and our phone line doesn’t work properly and multiple engineers and technicians have been out and two days later our service doesn’t work. We’ve had no phone line and it gave patients an invalid tone as they couldn’t get a simple redirect in place. Gave them ample opportunities and everyday we call support but they don’t know what they are doing. They are very unprofessional including Jacques who I have dealt with many times and are threatening to keep us in contract for 7 years with no functional line! Lost so much revenue and extremely stressful and after promising we could leave they are now threatening with early termination fees! Darren came to fit our new system yesterday. Within a few hours everything was up and running perfectly. I was very pleased that the phones and WiFi were only turned off completely for a matter of minutes allowing the office to function as normal throughout the installation. Today we had our 1st visit from darren and joey regarding receiving and replacing one of our telephones from a hands free phone to now a desktop phone which works better for us on reception. Both Darren and Joey was very pleasant on arrival and explained clearly what was needed to be done and that they would be as quick as possible to get this set up. Once again both of the lads was very helpful and was also willing to help us with a couple of other minor problems whilst they was here which was kind of them to do so considering they was here to just install a new phone . We have just had our new phone system installed this week by Vinnie and he made the whole process so very easy for us to learn about all the features in the new system. He was Extremely patient with us as we bombarded him with endless questions and even when we had forgot everything five minutes later and asked him again & again !! We have spent four days in his company and he worked around us in all the chaos of us working, making the transition from old to new system so very easy, always being very helpful and polite. From the moment I met Ryan from the sales team and went through our options, I was convinced we made the right choice in going with this company. When Darren and Joey arrived to install the phones for our school, we clicked from the first minute. They worked hard, had a good sense of humour and didn't bother me with too many details! Very happy with the service provided. We have moved from BT and are already very happy with our decision. They are more expensive but you get what you pay for and we now have a very professional service that we are very happy with. Our new phones and auto-phone system now give our practice a much more professional feel plus we can better track the frequency and times that different types of patients call. Jamie and Darren came to the practice to set up the system and were very helpful and professional. They set everything up just as wanted as well as being able to give suggestions on the setup from their experience. The receptionist has been fully trained by them.
