How long have you been in business?
We have been trading as a company for just under a year. However, our cleaners have many years of experience.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We generally use the home owners own products and equipment. This has a twofold approach. This is to ensure that we provide best value to our customers, so our fees remain at a competitive price, also it essentially ensures that there is no cross contamination from one house to another. i.e. pet hairs, dust and germs.
What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that after a clean we have done a good job. Customer satisfaction is probably the biggest reward we could have.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been proactive and I am driven to succeed and do the best that I can in whatever I do. Starting my own business has given me an opportunity to deliver a service which I can be proud of.
