We enjoy going. Just wish you could get it the pool and not have to compete against swim teams. The young lady who showed us the exercise equipment was awesome.

I visited the Y this morning for the first time and would like to give a huge shout out to Wellness Director, Nikki, and her shadow, Nutritionist, Kailey. At 67, my daughter suggested strength training. Nikki introduced me to at least a half dozen Hoist Fitness as well as a couple of the Elliptical Cardio Machines. She showed me how to properly use each machine to avoid injury and get the most benefit of each machine.. She also recorded the workout and filed it so when I come back I will be good to go can continue keeping track of my workouts! How cool is that?! And Kailey...thank you for the awesome tip on gluten free oatmeal...who knew?!! You are both are a huge asset and absolutely delightful!! I shall look forward to seeing more of you!! HNY!! More...

This Y has 3 pools, an indoor lap pool, an indoor war water pool and an outdoor pool wit diving board that's open during the summer months. There is also an indoor jacuzzi sauna and steam room. It has a very nice gym, basketball court and indoor waking/running track. There is child care available as well as many free-to-members classes. It also has family changing rooms. Lots of different kinds of exercise equipment are available. The equipment is well maintained. Parking is free but it can sometimes be difficult to find a parking spot.

For a YMCA, nice facility. Lots of classes, several pools, gym, childcare, track, etc. If you have children, come to the pool already dressed. The family locker rooms say 7 and under for the opposite sex but there are much older boys in the women's family locker room all the time. I'd like to be able to take yoga classes there but I am slightly mobility impaired with joint problems and they are all too difficult. The "beginner" classes are full of regulars who want to go at a faster pace and do more advanced moves that I can't do. Very little for those of us who need a gentler approach. More...

Staff is very helpful and the facility is great. My daughter goes to the infant daycare and they really try to work with her, as she is not use to going to daycare at all, which i applaud them for that.

Excellent group exercise classes, instructors and equipment. Indoor/outdoor pools are very good. Steam/sauna are good. Whirlpool is ok. Needs enforce no sneakers in Whirlpool and towelling off in shower area to reduce slip/fall hazard in bathroom and locker area. More...
