I couldn't be happier with Nicola and Brittany. Like everyone else is saying, they really do go above and beyond. I feel comfortable having them care for Levi and because of how responsible they are, I am worry-free. I had other dog walker services through an app and I never felt completely secure since different people were walking my dog. YippyPets is amazing! I was so lucky to find Nikola. I have a super sweet but also dog aggressive 70 lb hound mix, not the ideal client! ! Cooper responds so we'll to her, and she practices training with him on walks! I notice the change in his reactions when I'm walking him! Just knowing that he is getting out, great exercise, someone he loves. I totally trust and feel comfortable with Nikola. Nicola comes for a little play and walk visit every day, Monday thru Friday to let our corgi puppy, Jasper, work out his puppy energy and to make sure his tiny little bladder doesn’t get the best of him in his crate. She comes to your house to meet with you and your furbabies to make sure that there’s a good fit. She’s just wonderful! What inspired you to start your own business?
YIPPY PETS is focused on building a local community of knowledgeable, energetic, and experienced pet caregivers & responsible, caring, and informed pet owners, for the well-being of the pets WE all love. Founder & Local Owner/Operator, Nicola Visaggio is a Licensed Social Worker who has “gone to the dogs”. Pursuing the dream of becoming her own boss, She has combined her outgoing and friendly personality with a love of animals, hands-on & professional pet care experience, and professionally honed organizational and social skills to build not only thriving but also a reputable local business.

With over 20 years of pet care experience, Animals and Pets of all kinds have been an interest and part of my life for as long as I can recall. Licensed social worker "gone to the dogs", I have recently stepped away from the profession to pursue my personal dream of being my own boss. I am also a knowledgeable, energetic, and experienced pet care provider, with real-life & past work experience as a veterinary assistant. I have gone back to my roots and have decided to make pet care my full-time business. When I'm working with your four-paw'd family member(s) my focus is on them.
I believe well cared for pets are happier and healthier & that adding joy to their lives only adds joy to our own. I also believe most dogs (&even cats) need daily routine and exercise, and that most pets are most comfortable in their own surroundings and not in a kennel, run, or someone else's home. For this reason I focus my business services on dog walking, check-in visits, and overnight in-your home pet sitting. I am Insured & Bonded, and can match your pet's level of energy or chill and plan walks, play sessions, or other activities during visits to meet their unique personality & needs.
If your furry family member has any routine at-home medical care needs, I am confidently able to safely administer oral medications, suppositories, and both subcutaneous & intramuscular injections/fluids for cats and dogs.
