I looked at the goal list I set in the beginning of the coaching (3 sessions ago) and actually we have addressed all of these and in addition my lack of sales spirit. I am super happy with how far we've come with the goal of starting my business, I never imagined that I would get that far. Oddly this has also helped with my lack of clarity goal now that I think about it, since the steps to take are more defined, and I'm no longer intimidated by the whole thing. I've learned to take the big task into smaller components and these I can cope with.

I feel I have reached my set goals with your help and you have been a wonderful coach. It was the first coaching experience for me and I love this format, it's focused and organized and dealing with issues that can be changed now. You have helped me a lot, much more than I had hoped for. I never imagined it can have such practical results so fast :)

I enjoy the variety in my role and being able to bring creativity, best practice and some innovation to my clients' needs. I work very hard to ensure that all my clients' expectations are met and more often exceeded. Working with HR and Coaching, it's not always as simple as relying on a formula. It requires listening, research and searching for the best solution - I like the appreciation and satisfaction clients give when I've clearly delivered what they're after. With payroll and pensions administration, it is often considered a necessary "evil" with little gratitude. However, I applaud myself on being able to constantly deliver without any errors and in a manner which builds and sustains trust.

I wanted to push myself as much as possible - test the boundaries of my HR/ coaching skills, demonstrate my tenacity and create something that I will be proud of in the long-term. Though I've taken a reduction in the material things in life, I am remarkably happier. I will like my clients to experience that increase in their happiness too by focussing on what they want out of life. Payroll and pensions are a nature extension of HR Consulting - I've learnt a lot about this process over the past few years and the more I delve into it, the more I thoroughly enjoy it!

People should choose me because I am a dedicated professional with practical experience to help them get them most out of life and to achieve their goals. This is not about me, it's about you (or your company's) future and prosperity. I make sure the relationship is orientated to have your needs met and ideally succeeded. I've been doing this for several years and know what you need now, what issues you ought to prepare for and how to avoid bottlenecks and pitfalls. You will not find a better external service provider in these areas.
