Very happy to recommend The Yenton Hotel having experienced the warm welcome, comfortable surroundings & excellent food twice recently ||||An Afternoon Tea as part of the Hen celebrations for my daughter had 23 ladies attending from age 13 to 83! Each remarked on what a lovely time had been shared at this pleasing place to be!||||All cakes freshly baked & absolutely delicious as well as a variety of sandwiches & scones with respective trimmings .. copious quantities of tea & coffee served throughout too||||The portions are generous & we were given boxes to bring any cakes we couldn’t manage to ‘fit in’ away with us!||||Parking wasn’t an issue & despite horrendous weather it was a bright, cheerful & much enjoyed afternoon More...

We were in Bournemouth for the marathon. The hotel had a great location near the beach and a short walk to the town centre. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. We were able to park just outside which was great. Would definitely recommend. More...

Stayed room only, but room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel is in an excellent position being near the railway station and close to bus stops and is in a quiet area. A nice enjoyable stay.

Came for a ladies lunch today and they had a new menu. The food was delicious I had the steak and ale pie and my friends had fish and chips the food was outstanding! Us golden oldies can be hard to please and I can certainly say the chefs certainly delivered! We went away very happy and with very full stomachs! Great portions and presented beautifully! i have been using the yenton pub once month on a friday for the past 6 months. there is about 12 of us that meet up here from work for food and drinks and to just chill out. mick and diane always make sure we have our table so we all sit together, the food is outstanding, the drinks so many to choose from. Staff are really friendly, pub is clean and well maintained, I spotted the different entertainment they have on weekends. Going to have to give that a try, but with a wide selection of drinks available and food which is just incredible, I will be back soon

On the weekend of the 26th-28th July 2019, our now combined families took up residence at the Yenton for our wedding. Having exclusiivity was just the starting point of the excellence that Matt at Thom provided for our entire weekend. ||||We started working with Matt a good 12 months before the day and during the run up the contact we had was timely, accurate and appropriate. Matt was always full of useful advice and he guided us through our plans without taking over. ||||He was more than accommodating with our requests but when there was something that he knew wouldn't quite work, Matt's expertise and experience was delicately and politely expressed and do you know... he was absolutely right. Top Tip - when Matt speaks, listen - this guy knows his craft well.||||The accommodation at the Yenton is perfect. The rooms are more than adequately sized, clean and welcoming as is indeed the bar and dining room. The garden is quite simply beautiful. Well kept, and full of colour . ||||Our ceremony took place outside in the garden and it was just so perfect. We had just over 40 guests at the ceremony and the size of the garden made it an intimate wedding and yet there was plenty of space for all our guests to mingle before and after.||||Exemplary food. Well presented , generous with portions and choice and our evening BBQ was sensational. The waiting staff were attentive, swift and unobtrusive. The entire team over our weekend were just the best and genuinely, nothing was too much trouble at all.||||The check-in / check-out process was simple and and very well organised as our guests were arriving at varying times on the Friday evening but Matt had it covered to the last detail .||||I couldn't recommend the Yenton any more highly should you be considering this venue for your wedding.
