When we create WordPress websites, we focus on a few key things:

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
- What is your objective, or what are you hoping to achieve from this project?
- When do you want the project to be completed by?
- To you prefer to communicate in person, via email on phone?
- What makes you stand out from your competitors?
- What brand do you consider to be a benchmark in your industry?
Describe your creative process.
We typically start with a creative brainstorm session, then do some research, refine our ideas and workshop them with the client. From there, we design, write or create, and ask for the client's input at key points in the process to ensure we're on track.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
This depends on a project, but we typically need open artwork, login details to relevant platforms, and a 50% deposit (the balance of payment is due once the work is complete).
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to inspire my team, and my clients. I also get to meet incredible people, and work on a diverse range of brands across industries.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A desire to do things differently in the marketing industry - to be upfront, agile and honest.
