I use Yellow Cab 2-3 times a week and apart a 3 bad trips I have always had a great experience. I have 2 regular drivers, Rocky and Naeem and they are both super efficient and really nice company after a long shift.

I work for this firm we try to do our best sometimes it does not work out if you have any issues regarding pricing please call for fixed fare quotes and with people leaving bad reviews about lateness or taxi not showing up its gonna be down to traffic if it's that bad you could ask to speak to management or email them regarding your situation we are human we take all work on we try are best to get you to your destination and on time and we do take on loads of new drivers so they will have done some test regarding knowledge of Bristol but call to get a price to and from destination details will be required. Taxi was prompt and I love that I received a confirmation text upon booking, telling me the make/model/colour of the taxi that was being sent (very reassuring if you are travelling by yourself).
