Matt Grix was extremely helpful and professional throughout every step to buying our first home. Cannot fault in any way, shape or form and will recommend him to anyone and everyone. All of his advice was very clear and he was accurate with each step when explaining what usually happens with a purchase. He got me a better price than what any others could offer, including banks, estate agents, the big shops and many more and every one of them tried. Matt Grix and his team provided us with a fantastic service from start to finish. Matt especially took away all of the stress by managing our mortgage renewal all the way through. He handled all aspects for us, dealing directly with our lender, managing any queries and was constantly on the phone ensuring things moved quickly with no delays. The service I received from Yellow Brick Mortgages was probably the most professional, considerate and effective I have ever experienced full stop. I have had experience of other mortgage brokers and the thing that separates these guys is that they genuinely care more about looking after their customers than they do their sales figures. Dominic Keating has been my go-to-gentleman for all things finance related for many years. He is down to earth, honest, and most importantly listens. He uses plain language and has never once strayed into a 'hard-sell' approach with any product he suggests may suit me. My previous buildings and contents insurance provider applied an automatic 25% hike to my cover upon renewal & so I naturally contacted Dom directly for advice. Dom kept me regularly updated with his progress and then suggested the no-brainer offer of identical cover for less than 50% of the cost I was currently paying. My mortgage is up for renewal next year - guess who will be getting a phonecall...Well done Yellow Brick Mortgages on securing the services of a sound professional and a decent man. Our broker Dominic Keating has been excellent with our re-mortgage. Not just in his obviously expert knowledge, but also his understanding of our circumstances which he was happy to listen to and to talk about, at length. We really liked the fact that Dominic took the time to get to know us before recommending products.
