Yana made Ariel and Liam so comfortable in front of the camera so that they could be very natural. Once the pictures were taken and sent to us, we were literally speechless with tears in our eyes. GORGEOUS! One of the best decisions we could have made in our new parent sleep deprived state was booking Yana Botsman Photography. Not only did the pictures turn out beautifully - but Yana was incredibly easy to work with from beginning to end and was a bit of a baby whisperer with the patience it takes to do a new born shoot to boot . From scheduling to allowing for a feeding break, she was incredibly flexible and easy going. One comment I received from posting her photos was "keep that photographer on speed dial." Yana did an AMAZING job photographing my newborn son. She is very professional and has patience to work with my baby and make him feel comfortable even though he wanted to move all the time. Her first priority was to make sure he was safe in all his poses and to comfort him. All her equipment is professional and she has a very wide selection of props and is continuously ordering new ones from Europe. I tried to take my own photos (I am an amateur photographer), but as a over tired new mommy, I unfortunately lack the patience and skill that it takes to pose a baby. It takes experience and lots of practice to do what she does! She was also very creative with her choice of poses and worked with my ideas as well. Her range of skill could not have been better for what she does! I have a feeling she will become a very sought after newborn photographer in the coming years as she expands her portfolio.
