What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
True happiness and unbreakable self-esteem come from having confidence in yourself regardless of your shape, appearance, or anything else in your life. However, let’s face it, it’s generally much easier to love yourself if you have the body that you’ve been dreaming of since you first started to notice a couple of unwanted bumps here and there. Unfortunately, getting that killer silhouette can seem like an almost impossible chore – not only do you begin to believe that you’re never going to meet your ultimate goals, but you also worry that you’re going to spend all of your time avoiding your favorite foods and nursing the ache of tough workouts.
Fitness doesn’t have to be a chore if you know how to do it right, though. Engaging in regular exercise makes you feel better in yourself, gives you enhanced energy levels, and can even help you to live longer. Exercise does more than just tone your body,
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to achieve their goals, helping people to increase their fitness levels and quality of life, I've had great results with people with back problems, most now don't suffer back issues and are off the medication they was taking.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always trained and done exercise, I believe in all the health benefits, I took early redundancy from my job 15 years ago and went full time to pass the benefit onto others.
