What makes a great website?
A fast operating, mobile optimized, unique website will make a lasting impression on our potential customers. We will include keywords and change a few words every month to help with google ranking and to ensure more visibility.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Some questions that will be asked are: their budget, color scheme, goals, who they think the target market is, what market outlets they currently use and/or if they have a "reviews" strategy.
Describe your creative process.
We first brainstorm, then conduct research on the industry and competitors to help figure out the target market. We then implement our strategy through our services.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
If they have a deadline and what their other marketing company didn't do.
What do you love most about your job?
Being a part of the implementation and successful process. At Xtensive Marketing, we go above and being for our clients, we make sure our client is completely satisfied with our work. We are more than happy to have been a part of many successful start up businesses, some have even won awards at tradeshows.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The fact that most marketing companies in the area weren't giving their clients feedback and results. Which ultimately meant they had none to give because of their lack of targeting; at Xtensive Marketing, we do our research and develop a competitive analysis to help serve you better.

Client relationships are most important to us, we believe that communication is key when it comes to business. Understanding our client's goals is what helps us determine the strategy to assess their marketing needs.
