What do you love most about your job?
The pleasure of seeing the expressions of excitement and pleasure on the faces of customers who have achieved their objectives! I most enjoy helping people and sharing my knowledge and experience with those who are keen to improve their communication abilities.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having many years of experience and knowledge of English, inter-personal communication skills, performance skills and media as teacher, Head of Faculty, performer and enthusiast to share after moving away from a career in Education. I had occasion to experience the low quality of business presentations and the stress and nervousness of people called upon to speak in public at work, at weddings and funerals and for social occasions and knew I could dramatically help people to overcome their fears!

My qualifications include: English degree - Cambridge University [MAQ(Cantab)]; Postgraduate Teaching Certificate - Southampton University [PGCE]; Teacher's Diploma from The London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art [ALAM] and membership of The Chartered Institute of Management [MCMI] and others. I am very probably the widest and longest experienced specialist in this field (particularly lately for accent softening) in the surrounding region and people greatly enjoy our sessions, using my unique resources and, if they really commit to achieving change, they experience life-changing improvements including, for some, Government -endorsed exam certification of achievements for their CVs!
