I absolutely love this gym. I could go to gyms closer to me(and I have prior to signing up to this one) but from my broadened experience with other gyms this gym is my absolute favorite. I'm more than happy to take the extra time driving out there and here's why.It starts with the staff. When I first walk in I'm always greeted with a smile, they ask me how I'm doing or simply say "thanks for coming in today!" Now I've been to other gyms **cough,cough planet fitness and more** where the greater either isn't present, is really busy on their phone(you know for professional reasons)or just stare at me like I dont be long there. So I'd go on to say xperience is doing something better there.Next is the trainers. When I go to the gym and see the trainers and how they conduct themselves that tells me what kind of quality I will get out of my membership. These trainers are among the best I've seen and have learned from. They are extremely knowledgeable and have years of experience under their belts but best of all they practice what they teach. You can go to this gym take a lesson from them and then see them doing the same exercises they teach you out on the floor. Also they are patient and kind. Nick and Jake are my favorites(also Christon even though he's not there anymore).So the greaters are great and the trainers are great what else you might ask? Let's talk about the atmosphere. Now when I go to xperience I feel like I'm going to my friends house. It feels comfortable and inviting. Even the fellow gym goers are awesome, I've met some really cool people while going there. It's nice to go to a place where there's always someone there that knows you. Believe it or not judgment free zones have more judgment than this place. I've met more ego lifters and hostile people in "the judgement free zone" than anywhere else so just consider that when you think of affordable gyms to go to. I've been going to this gym for almost a year, and it has been wonderful since day one. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Machines and equipment are clean and functional. I absolutely love my Fitness Experience. The gym has everything I or anyone could possibly hope for....full selection of free and machine weights, stretch and functional training areas, full range of cardio equipment, and wide variety of classes and personal training opportunities. Add a pool, saunaand hot tubs and you have the makings of a first class training environment. The customer service is phenomenal every time! Gym has everything you could ask for with free weights, a pool, and a sauna. Staff are friendly and the facility is clean. It can get quite busy during peak hours which can have you waiting up to a half hour for a parking spot. This tends to happen more in winter. I used to have a membership at Planet Fitness, but would come to this facility with my wife on the weekends and absolutely preferred everything about Xperience vs Planet. The layout for the equipment is better, there’s much more equipment, there’s actual barbells for deadlifts and squats instead of just Smith machines, and the amenities are better. I've been a member of Xperience for over 5 years and split my time between the one in Green Bay and here. I think the cleanliness at this gym is far superior to GB. I enjoy the fact all the equipment is new and well maintained. I also participate in the Q classes and I enjoy those very much! I do have to acknowledge the fact that it appears all of the coaches and trainers have seemed to leave. The turnover rate of the coaches is a bit alarming. Not sure what's going on there.
