Angela is the best wedding day planner! By the end of the event I felt like she was a much loved and cherished relative. She not only kept our wedding event moving but moving slightly ahead of schedule. Very professional and always personable she does it all from helping with decorations to even stopping to see if we needed another drink! I cannot recommend Angela enough! She was absolutely wonderful and a truly important part of making my wedding day go off without a hitch! Angela was able to take everything I had planned for and hoped for and turn it into a reality without me having to do a thing on my wedding day. I don’t know where to start with Angela! I had planned my wedding from the fall of 2016 to my March 17, 2018 wedding day! Even though she was my day of planner, Angela was always a phone call away the entire time of my planning . Any time I needed a suggestion or guidance she NEVER steered me wrong. Let’s just say planning a wedding is not easy and for most of us, this isn’t like anything I have ever done before �! There are things you just need an expert , like Angela , to give you her best suggestion. Let me tell you, she does just that. She is straight and to the point with making sure your day is the best day and I truly trusted her hands down! She was eager to listen to my wishes and make them all come true. Also, picking my team of vendors was very important to me. I wanted everyone to be up beat with great personalities that would work together with everyone, and that was another reason I chose Angela. I truly couldn’t have asked for any better. Angela has a great personality and is such a sweet person. The last few weeks leading up to the wedding she was on it! Professional is her middle name! Any hiccup leading to the wedding day was smoothed out , which was beyond comforting to know when you have to think about your big day. And let me tell you, I did not notice one single thing wrong with my day as I am sure she was working very hard behind the scene. I do not recommend any one to ever go with out a day of planner , and I whole heartedly would not choose anyone other than Angela. I highly recommend hiring the team from XOXO Weddings and Events for your wedding. After getting engaged, I heard that having a wedding coordinator was invaluable, so I started researching the options out there and I'm SO happy I chose XOXO. We chose to have "month-of" and "day-of" coordination, and now I can't imagine what we would have done without their help. Our primary point of contact was Angela, and she was extremely easy going, pleasant, and professional -- I really enjoyed working with her. After our first phone call several months out, she sent a checklist of where I should be at each month (sign flower contract by June, finish dress alterations by July, etc.). I used this list to the fullest and it kept me on track so I didn't fall behind (there is a LOT to do to prepare for a big wedding!). Angela addressed all the details of the day including those I had never thought about beforehand, such as: What order does everyone walk down the aisle? Who collects and brings home the gifts after the reception? These all seem to be "no brainers", but they don't come to mind with all the other details a bride needs to consider and think about. We were prepared for all of this. Another crucial part of what they do is create a detailed timeline of the day, starting from the rehearsal through the entire evening of the wedding day. Angela followed up with all of our vendors a few days before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page and also shared this timeline with them. As I was getting ready on the wedding day, Angela and Tanya were at the church and ballroom, setting up for the ceremony and reception. They did an absolutely wonderful job and were extremely helpful and instrumental in making our wedding day go so smoothly. If you are like me and don't want to worry/stress about a lot of these details or have family members worry about them, please hire this wonderful company! They're great to work with and are worth every penny. More...

I truly do not know how anyone gets married without a wedding coordinator. It was the best money spent for my wedding and more affordable than anyone thinks. I am an admitted procrastinator and hate making decisions. With this type of Bride, Angela certainly had her work cut out for her. Not to disappoint, Angela went above-and-beyond for me. She is detail oriented, organized, up beat, and easy to communicate with. She did a fabulous job coordinating with all of my vendors leading up to our wedding and keeping everything as streamlined as possible the day-of. With any wedding, It is expected for things to go wrong here and there but it was important to me to not know about or have to deal with any of it on my wedding day. I wanted to focus on my groom, having fun, and celebrating with our guests- nothing else! I got my wish and my wedding was the best night of my life. Fairview Farm is thrilled to have Angela of XOXO wedding as one of our preferred Day of Planners. She has been such an asset to our venue in the short time she has been with us and has quickly touched the hearts of our couples who have booked her for 2017! We recently had a tearful bride come to us about a very disheartening experience she was having with a venue she had booked and Angela was so kind to step forward and assist with a wedding that had to be planned in just five short weeks.
