As our flight was daytime and we were looking to keep our holiday cheap and cheerful I'd initially looked at public transport options between the airport and home, but once I priced up the tickets I was shocked how much they would add up for two of us travelling. I remembered seeing the Xcell ads on the Burscough Facebook group, so thought I would check the price. Turned out that for only a fraction more we could get direct door-to-door transport with Xcell which would get us there in less than half the time and avoid us having to lug our cases on and off several trains and buses. So the booking was made.I was delighted with the service: - Xcell communicated excellently regarding the booking, so I was always sure my messages had been received and knew exactly where I would be met at the airport. Plus they were more than punctual.- They were flexible too when we had to ask for a change of pick up time and day due to an unexpected air traffic control strike.- The vehicle was scrupulously clean, smelled fresh and had comfortable leather seats, plus plenty of luggage room.-  Our driver was smartly dressed  and more than happy to help load and unload bags. I was introduced to Xcell travel by a friend and found them to be extremely reliable and trustworthy. Their customer care is exceptional ,nothing is too much trouble. I was travelling alone and my flight was delayed, but Mike was patiently waiting for me when I arrived, and then I jumped into a very clean and well looked after car - this just added to my experience!. I first used Xcell travel over six months ago, twice a week for airport drop off/pickup (Liverpool and Manchester) for business. Mike is always punctual, in fact always early for the pickup from home, and always there for pick up from the airport, even when planes are delayed.
