Top of the line service at low rates. The costumer satisfactions #1 on the list for these guys. They made things so simple, with complete blueprints and lay outs of what the project needs to last and look great. No hidden fee or taxes. No huge piles of dirt or busted up asphalt/ concrete left after the job was done. Did i mention the PROFESSIONALISM and key importance small businesses are to the company. I compared the prices of dozens of similar companies and the difference was astounding. They finished the job on time and also offered discounts on the next improvements i plan in the future for my business. SUPPORT, SUPPORT, SUPPPRT THESE HARDWORKING, UNIQUE TEAM OF FAMILY MEN. If you've ever hired a contractor, you know that quality of workmanship is important but what truly makes a company stand out is their level of service. My husband and I recently hired Xavier Development for our backyard remodel project and were pleasantly surprised by the service we received from Terrance and the Xavier team. From the very beginning, we were impressed by Terrance, the company's owner, who met with us to discuss the scope and details of our project. He was knowledgeable, professional and very personable, discussing our options and even suggesting some alternative ideas based on his experience. Our project, without a doubt, was not a large job for this company, but Terrance made us feel valued and respected as clients, instead of (as some contractors approach work) "just another job". The Xavier Development team removed and poured a beautiful walkway down the side of our house as well as a gorgeous back patio. The concrete work itself is very sharp looking and we are extremely pleased with the finished product. We did incur a hiccup or two along the way, but again, Terrance was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating in making sure the work was done exactly to our liking. It is obvious that the company prides itself on service and that is what sets this company apart from other concrete companies in the area. We would highly recommend using Xavier Development for your concrete projects as we are confident that Terrance and his team will work hard to deliver the best product and service for the job. Q&As

I started in 2009 with the expectation to stay and remain a family owned and felt business.

We guarantee our workmanship. We guarantee that each work is well thought out prior to starting and during the construction process to make sure our customers get the best product and service expected. We focus on service after the sale and the majority of our customers become our really good friends. Quality is extremely important to us as our saying is "If you don't have time to do it right, when are you going to find time to do it again."

Upon approaching college in 1998 my father was a project manager for a concrete company and spent alot of years in the industry prior to retiring. Upon leaving professional football I started working for a large construction company here in the metro area to learn the trade and the ends and out of business. Found myself doing asphalt more than concrete but began to get a lot of request for concrete from customers so was forced to learn the product and process, which allowed me to be able to provide both products and have the experience to know the processes to perform and complete a job efficiently and properly.
