About

“Holistic" dates back to the time of Hippocrates, over 2,500 years ago, viewing a person as a whole being made up of many parts that work in harmony with each other.

Guided by this approach and driven by my passion in helping people reach deep healing, I have integrated into my counseling sessions, heart-centered hypnotherapy, yoga, meditation, reiki, spirituality, and guided imagery. Through these therapeutic tools, I can help you gain awareness of the connections between your emotions, thoughts and physical sensations.

I work with both children and adults and every client is a valued and unique individual to me. My goal is for you to reach your goals by connecting with yourself, make wiser choices in life, and overcome those hidden obstacles, ultimately leading you to a healthier and better life.

Working in educational settings since 1993 until today, I have helped hundreds of children overcome their academic and social-emotional difficulties through Psycholinguistics and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I am fluent in Greek as well as English and may conduct sessions in both languages.
