Vietnamese fusion restaurant that's most always packed with a young trendy crowd, so reservations are a good idea if you have time constraints, or simply enjoy the wait while mixing with the crowd in their spacious bar. The food is tasty and presentation creative, with only subtile allusions to traditional Vietnamese flavors, and a definite bearing toward "fusion". The service is good, and prices as reasonable as can be expected for upscale dining. You won't find pho here. This is a vietnamese/western fusion. Foods were surprisingly yummy. We ordered:- Ahi tuna roll was light and fresh, great to start things off. - Saigon jumbo prawns came on a bed of egg noodles. Noodles were tasty and generous.- banana leaf sea bass with some clear noodles. The content was delicately wrapped in banana leaves. The sea bass was delicious.The bill came to about $65. This was my first time eating Vietnamese. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the bahn sliders. The meatball one was amazing. I husband got a soup. I think sour and spicy.
