I went to the Greenbrier location to Maddie and she gave me the most amazing pixie hair cut. I have had short hair on and off for over 10 years and this is seriously the best style I ever had! Becca did a fantastic job with my hair! She was diligent in cross checking her cut and really listened to me during my consultation. I loved how she cut my hair dry first and finished it up after it was washed and dried again as I've had too many stylists take off too much when cutting it wet. After great recommendation from a friend, I booked haircut with Heidi at the end of April. She did fabulous job giving me the exact haircut I showed her in photo from Pinterest. My hair grew out beautifully as well. I was very happy! Since Heidi is going on maternity leave and all booked up, I needed another stylist to help me with color and cut. I had a very helpful front desk person ask me many questions about what I'm looking for with my color and condition of my hair plus length of it etc etc in order to find their best stylist for my needs. I was booked with Cailey who is level 4 stylist. I was pretty happy that she had a last minute opening within few days, with sufficient amount of time (3 hrs) to accommodate my needs. I be honest, I was a little tense going in for full "treatment" with brand new stylist I never "investigated". Cailey was SUPER! Professional (just like everyone else I observed while at Xanadu), very personable, smart, experienced and delivering what we discussed during consultation part of our appointment. I couldn't be more pleased after yesterday's appointment. I need to add that this salon is truly full of very talented, educated in their skills women, doing what they seem to enjoy. Every client I saw during my visits, left looking improved & happy which is very reassuring. I would highly recommend Xanadu to all my friends and to anyone looking for professional hair service. Keep in mind that their prices reflect level of service. If you need more affordable price, start with lower level stylist. Yes, it's less experienced person, but under watchful eye of other professionals at a very reputable salon. I looked up their pricing on their website prior to my visits to understand what to expect. So i will start from beginning to end. I first found contacted Lauren through Instagram, noticing her great work through pictures and her specific description of her work. I noticed she specialized in cutting curly hair & deva cuts. So I contacted her, voiced my concerns & she right away told me to make an appointment. They offer free consultations which is amazing so you can know what the hell is going on before somebody touches your head, lol. I told her what I was looking for, showed her pictures & she immediately gave me information on how that hair style would be done, what it would do, how it would be straight & what deva cuts are. i mean tonssss info which is very beneficial if your trying something new & not so sure. Lauren made me feel extremely comfortable in what hair decision to do and I even walked away with tips how to maintain my hair. I left her chair feeling better than i came in. I had an appointment promptly booked last minute with Lauren Taylor, who not only worked me in on a SATURDAY but did a major color correction on my hair - and did a rockstar, stand out job. The professionalism, product knowledge, and price was right on point with what I needed to hear - and seeing as how this was my first visit to get my hair done for the first time since the birth of my daughter, moms out there know that is a big deal. She listened to me, offered her advice, and ultimately helped pick something completely different than my “normal” comfort zone, which I LOVE. I could not be any more impressed with her techniques style, cleanup of another stylists work, and overall poise during the four hour session. She never hesitated. The staff was helpful, attentive, and even went as far to make sure I was not thirsty, hungry, and my cell phone wasn’t dead so I could communicate with my husband and check on my daughter. I’ve been to many salons, and yet, in the past three years, I just keep coming back to Lauren at Xanadu for that very reason - you can’t beat class. First time at the salon, it was an amazing experience. I Can't express how much I love that even though I got a full color, cut and style I was there for less than 3 hours! I have extremely thick medium to long length hair the process time on the color is shorter than I'm used to. Another huge thing is my hair doesn't smell like it was just colored in 15 years of coloring this is the best it has ever smelled post processing. As far as the stylist Abby Lynn this was not my first time seeing her as I have been her client for the past 7 years and she is the most talented person Ive dealt with in the business. I love this salon so much , I went to Lauren after I had someone messed up my hair so bad it was breaking off. Love this salon!!!! When you walk in the door you are greeted by a friendly, clean, up to date atmosphere but what I’m most impressed with is my stylist, Lauren. I have been seeing her for over a year now and when I initially started with her my hair was over processed and breaking off. She has brought my hair back to life and still able to keep me in the hair style I’m looking for. I’d say she is a master a cutting clean bobs and balayage color, as well as many other techniques. I know Lauren takes any trainings available to her to stay current and up to date on all she does. Lauren is also super friendly and doesn’t make the experience uncomfortable for you in anyway but she has had to reel me in a bit when I want to do something that is too extreme and will undo all we did getting my hair back to the healthy state it is. I also take her advice and still love my hair! Just adore her and love the salon! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new hair salon. More...

I have been going to xanadu almost five years now. When I first came to them I had damaged bleached , chemically broken hair. Katie Cadwell... A HAIR LIFE SAVER, COLOR WIZARD, AND HOT HEADS EXTINSON GURU. I over dyed my hair to the point it broke off up to my ears, so I had a long bowl cut....YIKES. Katie brought my hair back to life and not only do I have length again but volume. Over the last 3 years she has done my tape-in extensions. I've come to Xanadu to get my hair done twice now both times by Madi, and before that I would go to the previous salon she worked at. She is my absolute go-to for not only coloring my hair, but styling it too! I'm not exactly easy to please regarding my hair- I'm one of those people that used to leave the salon unhappy without saying anything to the stylist but I'm always happy with Madi's work. Whether it comes to dyes or cuts, I find that I trust her completely which isn't something that I would have ever said about a stylist before. I’ve been working with Madi Maslow for the past year now and I cannot rave enough about how truly incredible she is. I absolutely love the way my hair turns out every single time I see her. I have tried blonde before at other salons and on my own (would not recommend) and it never turned out the way I envisioned.
