We had a rat infestation in our garden. Initial response was prompt, with a thorough investigation of the area followed by a discussion of the best options available. Barry found the source of the rats from an outside drain and was able to catch a good number of rats.
His pricing was competitive and he kept to his quote despite the need for more visits than planned.

I don't even know where to start, after a disaster with our original photographer going bust I was very wary of booking another. We met with several others but as soon as I met with Lisa I knew she was the one we had to book, I went home feeling very excited and once my husband met her he felt the same. From the minute Lisa & Mel arrived on our Wedding Day to the minute they left us everything was just perfect & nothing too much trouble. Lisa has this amazing knack of making everyone, even the most unphotogenic, feel so comfortable in being snapped. I put this down to her warm personality & friendly banter. A big thank you to Both Lisa and Mel from myself, David and all our guests. They we're both fantastic, they went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. They made our guests feel relaxed and had great banter with them. They ended up taking over 2000 photo's for us and even did a 20min photo shoot with my daughters ( the flower girls) to make sure we had their pictures how we wanted them a few days later on lisa's day off (which was unplanned and not in the cotract). the bag of tricks I.e the rasins definitely worked with my 1yr old on the wedding day. They we're both great with all the kids that came and there was a lot, but emily my 5 yr old loved taking photos with mel. Lisa and Mel are amazing photographers and amazing people. The three main thing ppl have asked about our wedding are 1.The dress 2. The bridesmaid dresses 3. The fab photographers!!!!!
Lisa and Mel made us all feel so relaxed and we where a nervous bunch lol, they helped out putting on my dress, with the kids and run out and got a needle and cotton after a bridesmaid dress disaster! It's pretty hard to put into words how totally amazing Lisa and Mel are. I spoke to a lot of photographers when we started planning our Wedding and didn't get a good feeling, but I knew after one conversation through messages that Lisa was the photographer for us, she seemed to know exactly what I was looking for even without me saying too much . From start to finish they were amazing, very professional, great to deal with and on the day they were absolutely fantastic. Lisa took charge when needed and they both blended in for the natural shots, they really were part of our family on the day and I knew before I even saw the sneak peek photos they were going to be amazing and they didn't disappoint, I absolutely love them. We looked at several photographers when trying to chose somebody to capture our special day, from the moment we met with Lisa we just clicked, she understood completely what we wanted and her pictures were fab. We met with Lisa for a 'pre-wedding shoot' I was honestly blown away once Lisa sent me the pictures, they were amazing!! We can't even begin to put into words how amazing Lisa is! We knew instantly we wanted her to be our wedding photographer, and she completely exceeded all expectations. Not only did she take the most amazing photographs, but she also kept us calm, helped with organisation and was definitely the reason I wasn't late to the ceremony! Lisa (along with the amazing Sandy) felt just like another guest at the wedding, and arrived just as excited as everyone else! For anyone who's getting married. Using Lisa Bancroft was the best thing we did. Not only did she catch and produce brilliant photos, we felt like she was our guide for the day and helped things run so smoothly. Lisa allowed us to spend lots of time with friends and family and pulled us away for brief photo shoots. This way we felt like we didn't spend the full day intront of the camera and was able to enjoy the day. I would highly recommend lisa. We needed a photographer last minute after a mix up and she stepped up. From the moment I chatted to her on the phone, with slight panic at not having a wedding photographer 2 weeks before the big day, she made me feel relaxed and confident that she would do a good job.
I was not disappointed she's amazing at what she does. She's friendly and professional she kept things calm and got things moving when it was needed.
Most importantly my photographs are just amazing, we got married in December and I still can't choose which ones I want for album they're that good!!

I cannot put into words just how amazing Lisa is. We knew from the first time we spoke she just had to photograph our wedding. Nobody else exuded the energy, enthusiasm and sheer passion for their job that Lisa did. She'd never been to our beautiful venue before, but within a few weeks of booking she'd done her research and knew it inside and out and knew exactly where she'd be capturing the different shots on the day. I think she was more excited than I was. Many of our guests commented on how brilliant Lisa is and how she made it all run smoothly with no drama. I was even asked if we knew each other personally, thats how much of a rapport we'd built up. I even had to tell her to go home as she was on the dance floor still snapping away, way after the first dance. Lisa is so much more than a photographer. She was an ice breaker with guests, a childrens entertainer, a button hole fixer, master of ceremonies, confidant, pharmacist, she was the glue to our wedding. Lisa's style is exactly what we wanted, natural, fun and elegant (just like Lisa)and of the story telling style. She has such an amazing talent for capturing moments and capturing them at the precise time, she's just incredible. Of the few photos we have seen, they look amazing, exceeding our expectations massively. This again is all down to Lisa and her talent, passion and professionalism. I simply can't put into words how much I needed Lisa on my wedding day! She went above and beyond in every aspect of the day! She kept me calm and laughing through the initial stages, knew exactly how everything should run when I was flustered and did the technical things when we didn't have a clue like getting me in my dress and doing the button holes for the men.
