X-Scape Maintenance offers a wide variety of maintenance services to Property Management agencies as well as commercial and private land and/or property owners. X-Scape is here to ensure the quality upkeep of residential and commercial properties by servicing each property with the maintenance necessary for the complete 12 month 4 season cycle such as but not limited to: Landscape and Lawn care (including,mowing grass, seeding lawns, we can apply fertilizer,trim hedges and trees, winterization of lawns and such, and summer prep in the spring for healthy lively lawns and stunning finished landscapes all summer. )X-Scape will maintain Leaf and debris maintenance during the fall months, gutter cleanout, gutter/rainspout replacements, power-wash as necessary, and winter prep. X-Scape will lawfully maintain snow removal and ice control on all properties for the entire winter season. X-Scape will cleanout homes left fully, or lightly furnished, filthy, or neglected and maintain them by way of the services offered for the property owner until ready for re-sale or re-rent. X-Scape is a registered and insured LLC.
