Whatever stage of your personal or professional journey you are at I am here to help guide you through it. I have worked in the business of empowering people for twenty five years. I am a qualified person centred counsellor (Dip. Humanistic Counselling). I am currently studying for a BSc hons in Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic (CBT) Approaches. Alongside this I have studied the fields of Solution Focused Therapy, Human Givens Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Transactional Analysis. I have extensive experience and skills in coaching and mentoring and am an NLP Master Practitioner as well as a qualified teacher, within the lifelong learning sector, and a careers advisor. I am a professional member of the British association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)
