Be very careful when dealing with richard crouch of this agency - i had a terrible experience with this guy when he purported that he had a retired couple wanting to rent my unit. He then concluded a lease without my knowledge - and when the documents were eventually given to me it transpired that he had leased my unit to "new" tenants -a young couple with a baby.Needless to say - very little of the rent was paid over to me.
