The Wyndham and Pinchers is always one thing, dependable and consistent with their service. We hosted our wedding at the Wyndham with Pinchers being the caterer and event planner. We stayed at this hotel recently. I always like to know I made a good choice. After being all over this area, I feel we made an excellent choice. The rooms very more than comfortable. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The location was wonderful. Food and drinks, and staff, at Pinchers Tiki were amazing. Have never been to a hotel on the beach. This was really nice. Our room was pool side, and we could walk right out to the beach. Rooms were nice and staff was excellent. Resturant in hotel as well as tiki bar by pool. Also had a live band. Food was good, a little pricey.

This was our 5th year staying there. We wouldnt stay anywhere else..Staff are super friendly and accomodating. Room and establishment are very clean and well maintained. Direct access to beach is the best and very convenient. Husband says its the only place with a giant American Flag outside. We just got home to Maine and miss it already!! Thank you all for another great vacation.. We will see ya next year! P.S. Dolphin tour was incredible!

We had our 4 day vacation first time to be at Fort Meyers and have been really content. We have been happy as we just charge to our room and haven't had to go anywhere or carry anything with us. If we went anywhere it was to walk. The beach is just outside our room. We walked and went shelling and found some really nice shells. We will be back. We just missed the sand castle tournament by a few days. The staff at check in and the staff at Pincher was really great and pleasant. The live entertainment at Pinchers was the best. More...

Waitress Karen, was excellent, I don’t think I have ever had a more caring efficient waitress. She was prompt, friendly, checked on our needs as often as needed without hovering over us. Everybody here has been so friendly and helpful! From Tanya and Jessica at the front desk, to Sandra in Pinchers, and Terri and Chad in the tiki bar area. I would highly recommend this hotel, and plan on coming back!! The service was excellent and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the oceanfront suites are awesome!!! The pool is heated, and clean, and you're just steps from the beach. This is a nice hotel, and you are paying for location. Structurally and size-wise, this is a really clean and well kept example of the layout you know from every 2. 5 to 3.0 star hotel. The furniture and ammenities are, however, top notch and it's super clean. We visited on the 1st day of hurricane season and Alberto was poised to hit. We'd booked a Memorial day weekend, and left after the first night because there was no prospect of getting to the beach. The pool area is great. The Beach (if we could have gotten out to it) would have been wonderful. This would have been an amazing get away on a sunny day. However, there was no prospect except for 36 hours of continous rain (3-6inches) for the duration of our stay.

There is a Movie Theater (small where they serve food at tables) about 3 blocks away. We used that the first night, and then fled when it became apparent that we'd just be sitting in the room for 2-3 more days. I'd recommend going here for dinner and combining with a movie (get there 30min early to get a table) instead of the restaurant in the Hotel.

The Tiki Bar and bar at Pincers Crab Shack (the restaurant) are decent. The food at Pincers is mediocre, but the location is convenient. The food has the right ingredients... it just doesn't quite blend into flavors as they cook it. (Good cooking involves some chemical reactions that causes flavors to blend. They just have good quality ingredients that seem to get warm together, but stop at the edge of blending together. It's ok, but just ok.) My wife had the Grouper fish tacos... and I had their Crab cakes. You are paying for location, and it's ok. If it's raining, you shouldn't be afraid to eat here. Perhaps just go for a burger and drinks. (Drinks are good..!) More...

What a great find! I stayed here with my son using reward points. We had family visits planned in Cape Coral and welcomed a nice beach mini vacation. We love this place! We’ve held a small reunion (usually 12 people and 4-5 rooms) of childhood friends here for the 3rd year in a row now. It’s always clean and the staff is amazing! They remember us every year by our names and make sure we are all happy. The Pinchers tiki bar and pool side service is awesome and live music on the deck is fantastic. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach in the heat but it’s doable. We’ll be back next July for sure! We know to start making our reservations about 2 months out though. We have been coming here since 2012. It has everything our family loves from the pool to the tiki bar and great food plus the beach. It is our vacation spot. I believe we have been here 5 times in the last 7 years. We have great memories and as our children grow they still love it. We feel right at home every time. Did I mention that it is a safe and friendly place. The staff are great and make you feel welcome. Looking forward to our next stay. We originally stayed here as it was a Holiday Inn and then they changed to Wyndham and let me tell ya I can’t tell a differents. The beds and pillows are Awesome. Wyndham is our family! ❤️⭐️ More...
