From start to finish Josh was a pleasure to work with, our initial enquiry was met with a quick response answering any queries we had and also answering some questions we hadn’t yet thought to ask. Once we had booked Josh as our DJ we had the opportunity to use the request portal or any songs we wanted played, and even an options for ones we didn’t. The guests also had access to this via their own link which really made for a personal touch to the music selection. When we arrived Josh was all set up and ready, it was a surprise 50th Party so there was a range of ages and music tastes but this was not an issue! I booked josh to be a DJ at our sixth form leavers prom, from the offset he was extremely helpful and fast replying to any concerns and needs we had. Josh met us around a month before the event at the venue to discuss setting up and also uplighting the walls which meant the venue matched our colour theme better as well as this he also sorted out providing music for throughout the sit down meal giving it a more relaxed feel! From this he sent us a follow up email with details about out things we could include such as candy floss machines/popcorn machines or a pick n mix table (which we chose to recreate) Josh also set up a request portal which allowed students to request songs for throughout giving our prom a more personal feel as well as meaning we got to hear the songs we wanted instead of any old music! As well as this any music he played which maybe wasn’t requested was still up to date, in theme and thoroughly enjoyed! Josh also created a Snapchat filter which again, matched the theme of the event well and meant that photos could become more personal and also memorable! Overall we all felt Josh was a highly professional and creative DJ and also fun when he interacted with us and hyped up the dance floor! I booked Josh for my dad’s surprise 60th birthday party and he was brilliant! From first contact to providing us with a song request portal prior to the party and on the night, He played a perfect mix of music, including our requests from the portal and requests on the night, to suit all of our guest and he had everyone up and dancing, including my partner who is known for his “I don’t dance” attitude! Josh got in touch after I went o line looking for a DJ for my daughter's 16th birthday party. He is the only one I actually replied to due the lovely response I got from him on his email. Comprehensive with a list of all the things he can offer but, explaining why all those extra little touches would make a difference to a teenager! My daughter had a fantastic night and all of her friends loved it. The wristbands and snap chat filter were a huge hit. The song selection was brilliant and all of the web designing and invites were just perfect. Josh's set up with all the lighting equipment was impressive too. I booked Josh for my daughter's 16th birthday party. From the very beginning Josh was a pleasure to work with - good communication and my daughter and her friends really liked the song request link which enabled them to send Josh all their favourite songs to be played on the evening. Josh turned up on the evening promptly and set up his equipment - the sound and light quality was fantastic and certainly gave the venue the 'club vibe' my daughter was after. Getting a room full of self conscious 16 year olds up and dancing is no easy feat but Josh had them all dancing and they didn't stop all evening. I can highly recommend Josh for a professional DJ experience which was really good value for money. Josh is extremely friendly and certainly engaged his audience. Josh dj'd for my daughter's 9th birthday party and can happily say that he was great. The kids all had a awesome time, he was very involved and interacted with them perfectly. The package I got meant that he sorted all their entertainment from the music down to the games and prizes, which meant I could focus on the background elements. Josh was brilliant from the first contact , he is so professional and I felt confident in my choice , we could choose any music we wanted before the day . And he contacted me before and turned up early . To entertain 25 ,11 year olds is a tough gig and yet he managed to get them all up dancing and singing loudly and we all had an amazing time . Josh did a disco for my daughters 16th birthday, from first contact through to the moment he finished clearing away he was fantastic. He met with us to discuss exactly what she wanted and set up a portal so they could make requests before the night, she had festival style wrist bands and confetti cannons! We had Josh DJ at our 30th birthday party at the weekend and I couldn't fault a thing! Josh was dj for my 30th birthday party a few weeks ago. He was absolutely amazing! The booking process was quick and easy and Josh was efficient at replying and adhering to any requests we had. We had access to an online portal which gave my guests a choice over what music they wanted and any gaps were filled with a variety of songs from different eras. Josh is top banana. He put on a great 8th birthday disco for my daughter last week. I was especially impressed with Josh’s ability to recognise and take cues for things going on around him and to make the party goers aware - such as food being ready, watching out for a large spillage etc. He is clearly an experienced and confident DJ. Saturday 10th March we had an engagement party spent a little bit of time looking for the right DJ, from Josh’s previous reviews and Facebook page we knew straight away we wanted to hire him. From that moment the booking process and requesting songs was very easy (especially liked the song requesting website used) Josh was in constant contact answering any questions we had. I had pre populated a playlist online of about 25 songs and this was easy to jump in and out of to request more and let my guests request as well. The party itself everyone had a complete blast and loved the music selection all through the night, everyone spent the majority of the time dancing, which is always a good sign! When looking for a DJ for my daughters 13th birthday, Josh was recommended by a couple of people I know. I had messaged a few people for a quote, and not only was Josh very competitive on price, he also had ‘extras’ which I knew would make my daughters party special.

The ability to request songs and ‘shout outs’ through his unique website was a real bonus as we could give this to all her friends to make their requests before the party. The snapchat geofilter was also a selling my point for me. It is great for all ages, but for a bunch of teens, it’s perfect!

Josh was communicative prior to the event and very accommodating with requests. He was there early to set up and had fantastic equipment.

Entertaining about 30 13 year olds for 3 hours is no easy task, but Josh managed to keep them on the floor for 3 hours solid! More than I had expected.

Thank you so much Josh for your professionalism, organisation and fab DJ banter on the night. It made my daughters 13th birthday party really special and one that she, and all her friends will remember forever.
