Had the pleasure of training with Nick for boxing, as was looking for something more engaging for cardio other than the treadmill. Nick made my sessions enjoyable and comfortable while ensuring I got a butt kicking! What I like most about training with Nick is that he listens to his customers needs. I wanted a majority of my session focused on practicing moves and the bags with some circuit work. Due to proximity issues I had to stop my sessions with Nick but I'm definitely having withdrawal effects so may be back. Thanks Nick! Best, Mia More...

I have been training with the Moose for around 10 months and it is awesome. The sessions are really engaging and fun and always keep me coming back for more. Despite being used to competing in different sports, Nick has never failed in pushing my limits and as such my base fitness and strength have improved vastly since starting. Nick and his team are really good. This is the first x-training group I have ever done, normally preferring to stick to running, cycling or spin and I am on my third group of 12 sessions. I have been with the Moose for around 5 weeks now, the team are absolutely fantastic. From precision to attitude, punctuality they are 10/10, both my trainers Amy & Olga are so easy-going that we can have a laugh and joke but when its time to exercise they push push push me and I absolutely love it. The workouts are different every time and I never thought I would love Boxing so much, I've noticed my fitness levels improve dramatically over the last month and now I am so addicted I have changed my package from 3 sessions a week to 4 as 3 is just not enough!! Nick has been absolutely professional and accommodating to my many small demands and spreadsheets :) and the fact they are coming out to Edgware which is slightly off the radar - would recommend them in a heart beat! Nick is an absolute natural at what he does and brings so much energy and drive to each session, building a great team atmosphere and motivating everyone to really push ourselves every week. Having never tried cross-training before, I was initially quite apprehensive, but Nick's warmth and encouragement soon made me feel right at home.I've only recently started coming along to weekly training sessions with Moose, but I can already see the visible improvements to not only my strength and fitness, but also my confidence levels and willingness to try new things. I’ve never been one for exercising… let alone in a group with people I work with… then along came The Moose…

In the spirit of participating in a social activity with work colleagues that might actually improve my fitness I reluctantly signed up… now you can’t keep me away! Sunday night blues are now a thing of the past as I know I have a PT session with The Moose to look forward to on a Monday!

The sessions are really varied, he encourages us to push ourselves without being too mean (well most of the time anyway), and he makes the sessions really fun!

Nick has taken a whole group of us out of the office and into Russell Square where he has gradually improved us from wheezing, lethargic good-for-nothings into a pack of finely-tuned athletes. Well nearly. It's a bit of a work in progress. But he's a lovely bloke and he's making the sessions entertaining and challenging enough to keep a lot of busy people of very mixed athletic abilities coming back every week. (He's also just nasty enough - in a good way! - during the sessions to keep us honest and working hard). Moose Training has been working with our daughter for three years, since she was 10 years old. She wanted to build her fitness, stamina and strength as she loves sports. Training with Nick has helped her improve her overall athletic performance. In addition, personal training really helps her feel empowered, strong and healthy and this has been especially important for her as she starts her teenage years. Nick is a great role model, motivating and solid. Now, she works with Jacob and he is also an excellent trainer. He pushes her just enough where she can achieve her goals but not over do it. As a University student living in London for the summer, I've found Moose training to be a great way to stay (or get) in shape. Classes are personal and set at a pace that will successfully kick your butt, while also being something to look forward to. Nick makes it fun with a lot of attitude, but is serious about the workout as well. I would highly recommend Moose, whether it be for a couple of weeks, once a week, or for the whole year, multiple days a week. There is something for everyone and any athleticism level can keep up. My first experience of x-training certainly won't be my last after an absolutely fantastic session with The Moose and a group of colleagues.

The intensity and variety of exercises in the Bootcamp style workout were perfect which meant energy levels were high as we were motivated from beginning to end.
I thoroughly enjoyed the session and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get fit, shape up and work hard in well rounded and fun class.

I have been training with The Moose for 3 months and have seen stunning results, i am more confident in wearing clothes i hadn't put on for over two years since my son was born.

Even better my best friend joins us at no extra charge.

Nick is outstanding, i really cant find anything negative to say, his attention to detail is immaculate, i have had trainers in the past but compared to Nick they are all second best.

I’d been searching for the right personal trainer for months and was delighted when I met The Moose. I’m a fussy customer and really couldn’t fault them – booking system is super easy to use, trainers themselves are personable, reliable, punctual, knowledgeable, experienced, motivating and keep the sessions varied and fun! I’d arrive at some sessions exhausted from work not sure if I’d last the full session and leave feeling energised and renewed! Nick is a fantastic personal trainer. He has looked after my son Josh (age 11) twice a week for past 2 years and recently myself. The effects are amazing. Josh is motivated and healthier and I am excited and enjoying the benefits.Nick is always happy and positive, very tuned in to how the client is feeling and will adjust the session accordingly. I enjoy the intriguing and engaging exercises, they distract me from complaining: it is too hard for me. I've achieved more than in the gym (minus the grim face).

Nick is the machine behind the company and never seems to stop and he has a top team working with him, i train with Sylwia for my boxing and Matthew and Nick for my fat burning and core work.

Once you have tried them you will love them.

I am a reluctant and lazy exerciser so the convenience of having the moose trainer come to me really works !
Training is hard but fun! The trainers really know their stuff and you feel like you are with the experts unlike some trainers I have had in the past!

I have recently signed up to The Moose’s “ Still love the name” Virtual Training program, which is working fantastically.
Due to me travelling over 6 months a year and living in Manchester it's a great option for myself. I speak to Nick once a week he sends me homework out and goes through it with me via Skype.
He checks in every few days to make sure I am doing the job, also I have “ Stephanie “ who is the diet wizard and sends me a new diet guide each month to keep motivated.
Great team, great concept I hope the grade A customer service continues all year long, I am sure it will be a big hit when you guys go state side.

Great service, no excuses, no messing about: you sign up, you book a time, MOOSE turns up and there's no way out! By far the easiest way to get fit quickly without having to lug a kit bag around or get hot and sweaty in the (confined) company of others in an expensive gym.
If you enjoy the outdoors and are serious about fitness, this is the way to go - whatever the weather!

As the co-Founder of Moose X-Training, it's not a big surprise that I rate it highly, but having experienced the MOOSE's services as an actual client, I am genuinely impressed. Nick and I started this company together after Nick had trained me independently for two years. Needless to say, I've always thought he had a certain je ne sais quoi; otherwise, I wouldn't have teamed up with him. But, I have since had the opportunity to try all the conveniences that we set out to bring to the busy individual who wanted to feel fit and look fabulous, without paying a fortune. You see, 15 months ago, I had a baby. I went from being pregnant to just fat! Six weeks after delivery, ie as soon as I got the greenlight from the GP, I started scheduling my own training sessions with our trainers. I find it incredibly easy to do. I go online when I have a few spare moments (a rare occurrence these days), search for available time slots when the baby will be napping or I have childcare, and with the click of a button, I'm booked. I tend to book two weeks worth at a time. I simply write in where I'd like the trainer to meet me. The confirmations get sent to my email inbox, and with another click, the booking is automatically added to my diary. And, when I change my mind or my plans change, I just go back into the system and reschedule... it's just as easy. The workouts themselves have been really great. They started out properly calibrated for someone who hadn't worked out for a year, and as I've become more fit and improved my endurance, the workouts have become more demanding as well. Each workout builds on the last but is slightly different so that I don't get bored. I especially like the kickboxing... the time goes by so quickly, and it's fun to get into a routine of punching/kicking. I feel a lot better physically and mentally as well, which is just as important. While I was pregnant, I had intended to go to pregnancy yoga 2x a week. I went twice full stop. Likewise, these days, even if I really, really, really intended to go to the gym or to pilates or to a spinning class, realistically, I know I wouldn't. There would just always be an excuse. Being tired from sleepless nights and work doesn't help motivation. With the MOOSE, the workouts are scheduled into my diary, just like doctor appointments, haircuts, and coffee with my NCT group. So, I go. And, I work out 2x a week, sometimes 3x. I don't feel guilty for not making the gym thing happen despite my best intentions. I'm proud of myself for getting the exercise I want and need. And, furthermore, I am even feeling more energetic, which is something I really crave. The icing on the cake? I've toned up and am wearing my pre-baby clothes. I mix and match all the trainers on our team, as I think various training styles make the workouts that much more effective in combination... you know, like interval training. Bottomline? I think Nick and I have created something unique, and I think that's awesome. I think it's even more awesome that I get to benefit from our venture! More...

Thanks Nick@ THE MOOSE-- you are so professional yet personable and made my sessions at home and in the Common make me feel healthy and strong, in mind and body.

I have always been active and relatively happy with my fitness levels and body but after having some time out and very literally " ReBoot" ing, I was in desperate need of getting back into a good fitness rhythm for my body, mind and overall well being. I needed motivation and I needed it FAST.

I needed it FAST because I had signed up for a gym membership that went unused for 3 months after signing up and I had signed up to do a 10K run- thinking that would get me going. I had picked up running a year ago and loved it but had slacked for months. Believing that signing up for a run to get me back out there was not enough --sooooo......

I started to search the net, looking for a trainer that was not intimidating and not so intense that I would feel pressured into some big expensive package. I had already committed to a gym membership and now needed someone to help me fulfill that commitment and I had already signed up for a 10 k run and started to collect money from friends that kindly sponsored me and I needed to honor this and I WANTED to achieve what I had set out to do.

Nick from THE MOOSE was the answer. I was struck by the fun Moose Cross Training Logo ( me being Canadian and all) but also because it seemed challenging yet fun, intense yet not intimidating, a casual yet "commitment required" pay for tokens to use accordingly.

I bought a package, Nick worked intensely with me -with only a two week lead up to my big run. Nick was so inspiring and motivational that I DID get myself to the gym on days off from my sessions with THE MOOSE. I finished my 10k run in 1 hour. I have regularly been running and going to the gym and will be seeing my PT Nick at regular monthly intervals. I could not have done this without Nick and would probably still be avoiding the gym.

I want people to know that you do not always have to do one or the other. You do not have to choose between a gym membership and 3x a week PT sessions- There are options and THE MOOSE give OPTIONS. The Moose truly wants to help support you and to be a part of you having a healthy lifestyle. With THE MOOSE You can get beach body ready, you can get a package that is to work you hard quickly to ignite that "WANT" to be fit and get yourself back into it, you can have weekly sessions and as I have decided ( after 2 weeks of regular PT sessions to get me back in the loop) get monthly sessions because ......
........no matter how fit you feel or think you are we all need someone to push us that little bit further or motivate us to take charge of ourselves but Know that you will see your Trainer from THE MOOSE in a month and you want them to see results and then let them take you once again to the next level and see them next month and the next.....

I view THE MOOSE - particularly Nick as someone that will be a trainer for life- to keep me on my toes and to never stop.

I think it is a huge kudos to Nick that he fully supports that I want a fit lifestyle with THE MOOSE outside of THE MOOSE and believe that it all works together for a more rounded healthy, balanced and cost effective way of life. Nick supports his clients in their choices. I want to have regular sessions with THE MOOSE, I want to go to the gym, I want to have the healthy lifestyle that works for me and Nick is a marvelous trainer to motivate me and to train and support me with all these varied regimes and that these should be a part of daily life and not just one or the other as some PT's would insist upon and make you feel pressured and likewise give up all together because your circumstances may just not be conducive to 3 PT sessions a week.

This is a wonderful niche that you have tapped into and I appreciate it with the up most respect. It is also wonderful to have your respect- thank you.

Stay Well and True to THE MOOSE. I hope more people will make use of all the Options THE MOOSE has on offer.
