I have been training with Stephen for over 10 years. In this time he has provided huge support in helping me achieve a whole range of physical challenges . From triathlons and marathons to climbing mountains to running across deserts to recovering from fracturing a bone in my back and now being pregnant. I met Stephen 5 years a go on a Kettle Bell course he was running. His knowledge and passion around Kettle Bells was infectious. I have stayed in touch with Stephen since through social network and fitness conventions since and often read his blogs/watch his latest YouTube clips and ask to share opinions on everything fitness. The key to getting the body of your dreams is to apply a balanced lifestyle approach. This is not a quick fix, it's about learning how your lifestyle can be adapted to balance fitness levels, nutrition, sleep, stress and fun. Training with me is an educational process, it's about firstly understanding what needs to be done and secondly how you can apply it to your life.

The most rewarding element of my job is seeing positive change in the people I coach. It's not just a change of body shape, it's a change of mindset. As my clients discover that they are capable of changing, their confidence grows and they go on to achieve so much more than they imagined.

I'm passionate about health and fitness, I have strong ideas, my own imagination and I love making change happen.
