How long have you been interested in magic?
I performed my first magic show at my seventh birthday party, and have been interested ever since. I began performing as a pro at 18. I have written books on magic, released DVDs for the magic community, won the Irish Magic Championship four times, and performed all over Europe. I still get as much fun out of it as I did as a seven year old.
Take us through your show – what can we expect?
The wedding show begins with comedy to put the audience at their ease. I normally go on during the coffees after the meal, and get the whole room laughing. Then we begin testing people to find out who will be the best volunteers. I call a number of people on to the stage, and hypnotise them. After that, anything can happen!
What do you love most about your job?
I love making people laugh. Whether I am doing hypnosis, magic, or giving a lecture, I want to see smiles on people's faces.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My great great granduncle (Dan Leno) was once billed as the funniest man in the world, and was a music hall star in the 1880s. Knowing that, it was inevitable I would end up in this business.

A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and you have to pick service providers you find easy to deal with, and who you are confident will do a great job on the day.
