This is where we go for our Dry Cleaning needs.  I find it easy to drop off and pick up.  They have never lost anything of ours.  And, our cleaning is always spot on.  I like the email we get to let us know that the order is ready.  It is easy to find a coupon for 10-20% off.  However, if you do want to use a coupon, find it before you take it in.  If you try to use a coupon at pickup - it won't work. My husband decided to look for a new cleaner. The prices at this place are around $3 a shirt. They give an additional 10% discount for new customers. We had my husbands dress shirts pressed as well as a few of our sons shirts done. My husband mentioned that they do shoes and upholstery. Moved to Indy 3 years ago and have been struggling to find a good dry cleaner.  Deering Cleaners downtown is it for me.  I live in the Butler Tarkington area.  They're only a 2 min drive, lots of parking... easy in, easy out.  They are by far the most friendly folks even at 7am!.  Prices are reasonable, shirts always look great.  The sign of a great dry cleaner to me happened on my last pick up.  There was a little note inside that said they replaced a button for me!  I hate melted / broken buttons and to have it replaced without an ask is going above and beyond for me. I was drenched by a gas pump that wouldn't turn off.  So my sweater was soaked with petroleum smell.  I went to my local Tuchman's in Carmel to see whether they could get this terrible smell out of my sweater.  I had thought it was impossible but they got it out 100%.  There is absolutely NO odor remaining in it.  I understand they washed it by hand to clean it.  There wasn't even a higher charge than for just cleaning a regular sweater.  I was completely thrilled with their service! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. The location is unbeatable. A staff member took the time to explain to me how the fabric of one of my dresses may bleed, and asked if I was sure I wanted it clean. It was a cheaper dress so I said yes. And I was thrilled when I picked it up and it looked good as new. The reason for 4 stars is the price- yikes. For 4 items (1 shirt and 3 dresses) my total was $46. Hmph More...

I've been going to the Hazel Dell location for two years now and I've only experienced one mishap. There was a new hire and she accidentally mixed up my rush order with my regular order, however, they genuinely apologized and made it up to me. Every other experience has been outstanding! They do a great job and have excellent customer service. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I have been using CD One Price for a number of years now, and on the whole, they have provided quick, affordable service for all of my frequently-cleaned items. This company is set up to do dry cleaning in bulk, so if you have alterations, spot cleaning, leather cleaning or other specialty jobs that need doing, they can do it, but it takes a little longer.That being said, the provide an excellent service if you need to launder something on a regular basis. My shirts are crisp, starched, and fresh when I receive them. Items they can't quite get spotless are marked, and if applicable, you aren't charged for jobs they can't complete. Awhile ago I posted a review of a really poor dry cleaning experience. The positive take away from that is that I found Deering. I do have to drive a. It out of my way but it is we'll worth it. First of all this is the cleanest dry cleaner I've ever been to. Second of all the staff is so nice and polite. I had just dropped off my dry cleaning and before I got to work they called me to tell me I had left a five dollar bill in one of my pockets and I could ether come back or the would hold it for me. They also send you an email as soon as your clothes are ready to be picked up. All in all I really can't say enough good things about this place. At the other place they ruined a shirt with some kind of grease or stain. Here I'll get a tag on a hanger that said they were unable to get a stain out And I won't be able to find it it's so small.
