I would give 6 stars if I could. What an amazing service Conal provides. Because of unforeseen circumstances, I urgently needed to get a bouquet of flowers made up and delivered on the same day. At the time of calling he expressed genuine strong desire to help me, but he was clearly swamped and not able to take my order. Fair enough given it was Christmas and given the extremely short notice. However, 40 minutes later, he phoned me back (I live in Australia) and said he'd managed to gather the flowers together to make my order work out. Amazing. There's not a lot of business out there that would go to that kind of trouble to help someone in need, despite being clearly ultra busy.
