The only place I'll go for my colour doing. Rachel is amazing and really knows her stuff. Even if I moved city I'd still have to come here as literally Rachel is the only person who does colouring to perfection! Hairdressers I've had in the past seem to do half arsed jobs once you've been a couple of times but Rachel is so consistent. She gets the highlights so close to the root that you'd think it was my natural colour. I've had other hairdressers who still leave a lot of regrowth especially underneath where they don't think you see it. She definitely takes the time and listens to you to make sure you're happy with the results. Only small thing I'd mention and I hate giving criticism cos they're all lovely in there but on a couple occasions now when the apprentices have washed my hair, the product hasn't been fully washed out at the back of my head so feels a bit acky. Never been before, staff are friendly. I had Kari doing my hair, she understood what I wanted, gave good advice, cut my hair well (I have really thick and loads of it and frizzy hair) it was a good trip to hairdresser if a little bit expensive, but worth it.

Great salon with very polite staff. Would always recommend to anyone. However the lady who was giving my a recolour was doing a bit rough and too fast, but still did her job and so did the other young lady who washed for me, which is why I'm giving them a 5 star. I'll certainly go there again.

Went here for the first time on the off chance after a very expensive rather drastic cut at one of the countries well known salons in Leeds. was looking for the latest pixi/elfin cut but got their signature bob ala Mary Portis instead:( - not quite what I had in mind....So West Row to the rescue!
