Cycling from lands end to John o’groats is hard enough. But after arriving at Ludlow on my third day I had too many aches and pains to list. I was so fortunate to come across Alice. After hobbling in to see her. Within an hour, I was back to my normal self and able to continue my ride all the way up to Scotland. This was so important to me as I was raising money for charity. A huge thank you to Alice. I can not recommend her highly enough. Not only did she do wonders for me, she is also a thoroughly intelligent and informative person. Alice has worked wonders on my back, neck and shoulders. She makes you feel very at ease, she’s also very thorough, explaining the reasons why your body feels the way it does. She also advises you on what you can do in your own time to help yourself. Alice is an amazing sports massage therapist! I went to her due to chronic pain in my neck and persistant migraines. Since my sessions I no longer have neck pain or migraines! Not only that I have come away with much more awareness of my body and how muscular pain starts due to her skills and knowledge. Alice is very professional, motivating and inspiring! Alice saw me at very short notice when I was immobilised with back pain on vacation. She did a terrific job and helped me not just with the pain but improved my symptoms enough for me to get to the start line of my marathon 36 hours later. Highly recommended.

My GP recommended I see a sports massage therapist after I experienced severe nerve pain in my right arm. What impressed me about Alice was not only the quality of treatment she gave but also her skills in diagnosis. She ascertained that because of the temporary nerve damage my right arm had become weakened but also had various muscle issues. This was very reassuring to me and since my first treatment I've found all exercises much easier and I can already feel my strength increasing.
