I have a wealth of real-life experience from relationships, parenting, career choices and general ups and downs that we all experience from time to time. I believe this has given me the skills to be truly and honestly empathic and have a great ability to really listen to and see someone from where they feel they are currently.

Services

Being a parent is full of challenges and as rewarding as it is, it can also be really tough at times. It can be helpful to have a space within which to reflect on what is happening between you and your child and to explore new ways of dealing with the challenges that crop up. I can offer a warm and genuinely empathic, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore what's might be going on for you.

Sometimes we can be hindered by things that have happened in our past that have shaped the way that we behave in the present. Exploration of past events in a non-judgemental and confidential space can help us adapt current behaviour patterns and move forward to form better relationships with our partners, colleagues, friends and family.
