We approach our client’s unique marketing needs with an optimistic, exploratory, and collaborative mindset.
Our process is simple: Discovery, Identity, Strategy and Design
Step 1: Discovery - A deep understanding of your business and your customer will help us better deliver a unique brand experience. In Discovery, we work to understand your needs and the optimal way to deliver your brand to consumers.
Step 2: Identity - Each of us has an identity – it’s what determines our thoughts, ideas, and actions. This is true for your business too! In Identity, we help define and view your brand as a living, breathing person.
Step 3: Strategy - If time and money were no object, we would skip this step and get to the fun. But they are not, so we take this step seriously. We want to ensure that your investment has the maximum impact.
Step 4: Design - In other words, THE FUN! Design is art and science. We bridge the gap between your goals and “The Plan” to deliver work that is unique to your brand identity.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Their life story. I'm totally serious. What people don't understand about marketing is that it's emotional and it's personal. It's not just about what you sell or what you offer, it's about the connections, relationships and the trust that is build.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love about this job, is sharing my years of marketing experience from working with Fortune 500 companies and ad agencies to help entrepreneurs, business owners and smaller organizations create effect marketing that will help reach their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My dad once told me, "there is no business like your own business." At the time I didn't no idea what he meant. Having immigrated to America in the late 70's with no education and absolutely nothing to his name. My father has managed to build an amazingly popular chinese restaurant in Washington DC. They have been in business for the past 20 years having served many celebrities, presidents and foreign dignitaries.
I'm so grateful for the sacrifices my father has made and I'm even more grateful for the entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic he instilled in me.
