I met with Rob yesterday for a one hour session on digital marketing. It was a one on one which I found incredibly useful. I attended an advice clinic and found the session very useful. It's a lot take in, but have a bunch of actionable points I'd like to try. Many were obvious but I hadn't really tried them - like the recommendations on LinkedIn to manage my online reputation. I liked the fact that many of them didn't require a big budget to be successful.It's been very useful and I need to do my homework now.I would recommend other business owners to talk to Rob & WSI as this is an area often overlooked by businesses. In the fall of 2016, while at our Global Convention in Toronto, I participated in an Advanced Training session on Marketing Automation and learned about a key service I can provide my clients going forward. MA offers full transparency to the process of cultivating new customers for your business throughout all of the stages of the sales cycle or funnel. Rob provided useful and practical examples of how he delivers the service for his clients. Additionally, this can be used for my business and building new relationships with future clients (drink from the same well). I just attended the Advanced Training Session at the Global Convention in Toronto last week. I participated from one of Rob Thomas Talks on the subject "Marketing Automation" and found it insightful for both, B2B and B2C Solutions. The simplicity with which the subject was presented encouraged me to learn more about it ,,, I recommend anyone (from CMOs to Marketing / Sales Analysts) taking the time to review the additional info. & resources shared by Rob and assist to some of his future sessions on this subject. I met Rob at a networking event a few years ago and followed up with some in depth digital marketing strategy advice and consultancy which I have have implemented into my day to day business. I recently met back up with Rob at the Growth Hub (who organise free advice clinics for Small Businesses in Gloucestershire) to re-evaluate my sales/marketing/digital strategy and have taken away some more advice to help my business grow. Rob has both expertise and passion for social selling. I enjoyed the session he held about this subject during the 2015 WSI Annual Convention. I learned how to use social media as a tool for prospecting and lead generation. I will certainly implement his advice and useful tips as I start my new venture with WSI. In fact, I have already enrolled for his master class on social selling and I also recommend small and medium size business representatives to attend as you will learn how to leverage this technology to gain competitive advantage. Prior to Rob's speech on 'Improving your sales with Social Selling' I was fairly confident in our company's existing policy on Social Selling. ..I came away seeing this wasn't quite the case and there were so many ways we could improve the social selling side of the business.

Since the course, we have already started to capitalise on some of the key points he made regarding the potential LinkedIn could have for our company when attracting and providing services to prospective customers.

I would not hesitate to recommend Rob's courses to anyone thinking of attending.

Rob organised the WSI digital marketing summit at Gloucester; we found it was well organised, at an excellent venue, and most importantly a good variety of speakers who offered some very valuable points. We both went away with some good action points, and also with the knowledge that attending had been time very well spent. How Rob managed to wangle the contributors he did, we'll probably never know - but that's obviously why he's so good at what he does...

Rob came to my company, Adactus, and gave a session on the basics of using LinkedIn. As a recent job mover I felt I was a reasonably confident LinkedIn user however the session that Rob led gave me greater insight into the benefits of having a full profile set up and he explained some great tips, such as getting the personalised URL.

The biggest benefits from the session with was the impact of having a decent company page, both from the point of getting new prospects and recruitment. There is a lot of work for the team at Adactus to do to make the company page up to the level required however Rob knew his stuff and gave excellent guidance on what to focus on to have the greatest benefit.

Rob's delivery was clear and the content was set at the right level, high level but going into the detail with examples when we required him to do so
