I posted a job to replace the whole side gate and frame on mybuilder.com however, Mark suggested a new lock and trellis as the current gate was still in good working order which saved me some money! We only have a small garden to the from and back of our property, but due to the winter and not having time to maintain it, it became a little unruly . Mark came in and gave us a very competitive quote , he was polite and friendly , so we made arrangement for him to carry out the work. Yet again on the day that we arranged , he was punctual and carried out most of the work as agreed. He is a mound of information and is well aware of when certain shrubs and bushes need to be trimmed and when not. He has agreed to maintain our garden on a regular basis and return it to a condition so that it can be enjoyed again. My grandmother has always loved and cared for her garden but now she is in her late 80's has been struggling with it. With the family living in North Devon and my Grandmother in Romford it is impossible for us to help her regularly. We found Mark from Wright Stripes and arranged for him to keep Nan's garden for her. With us living so far away it was essential to have some one we trusted (and someone that Nan was happy with) to help her.I cannot praise Mark or Wright Stripes enough. He's not just a gardener, he has great ideas and recommendations on how to look after your lawn and plants. He built us a small decking area where we couldn't get grass to grow and it looks amazing. This company charges what is right and are fair. Lovely people who work around your schedule and last minute changes. I have a very long garden and Mark has already made me a picket fence with a gate to break up the garden and he suggested maybe I should have some trellis put up to 'hide' my greenhouse which he did recently. He also attached some hanging basket brackets to the posts. The trellis has given a new dimension to my garden, the plan is to now have clematis scrambling through the trellis along with the hanging baskets.Mark is also very prompt in turning up to start work - and he loves a bacon sarnie!!!
