I contacted Kerrie to enquire regarding a tenant for my flat in Fenham. As it was out of the area I thought that it may take a while to get some interest. Kerrie explained the process thoroughly to myself, and also to the co owner who lives abroad, keeping us both in the loop at all times. The day Kerrie came round to take the pictures, she brought a prospective tenant with her. To my amazement the very next day Kerrie had secured a deposit!
