Definitely rating Wright Fitness and Nutrition 5 stars. Adam is the best. Here's my story: I started Keto on my own May 1st 2019 and did OK. I was loosing 3 - 4 lbs. a month. Sometimes gaining, sometimes loosing. I went to Adam to help me more with his knowledge and expertise and was loosing 4 - 5 lbs. a month. It was a great help. Then the "plan" was over and I was doing it back on my own. OK, it was Christmas and Thanksgiving, my birthday and other celebrations. I pretty much got off track and was having a hard time getting back. So, I NEEDED the 21 day reset. Adam got me back on track, identified foods my body couldn't tolerate on Keto, gave me great information on a healthy life style, exercise and eating. I lost over 8 lbs. in that 21 days and have been on track since then. I also need to note that he was available for my many questions and had answers and recommendations to them. 5 stars isn't enough, I have to give him 10. Thanks Adam, you are the best ever. More...

Adam is the best! I have had the pleasure of using his personal training services and being part of his metabolism reset program. In both instances he throughly does he research to provide his clients with the best answer. Even in a group setting or class, he can make suggestions on a personal level and make you feel like it’s a one on one experience. Adam is amazing! He doesn’t make you feel stupid for not knowing how to do an exercise or movement. He’s extremely motivating and understanding. Adam is the real deal. I wish I could give him more starts! I've hired several personal trainers over the years and tried so many diets. I was never able to see results in strength, energy, muscle tone and body fat percentage like I did when working with Adam. He was able to look at my food journals and figure out exactly what my body needed to break through plateaus. His work outs were quick and effective and he helped me reach my goal of loosing over 40 pounds in just over 6 months with just two sessions a week. I don't live near him anymore and I've never found a coach quite like him. I'm now a dance fitness instructor and a yoga teacher and I still reach out to him when I need extra help reaching my own health goals.
