We booked with them to stay at Al Bustan Palace by Ritz Carlton in Muscat, Oman � Fabulous booking service in the U.K. & a FREE UPGRADE when we checked into the hotel � Thanks so much �

Arrived to our 5 star hotel
To be met with a champagne reception and be told that we had been upgraded to private villas with our own hot tubs , courtesy of an email from world class escapes requesting it for their VIP guests!
And it only got better from there
Service , food and drink exceptional
Cannot wait for the next one!
